Structure meets instinct.

Rooted in finance, shaped by positions in a specialized banking consultancy. Studies at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management in Frankfurt am Main and in Los Angeles laid the foundation for global perspectives with German precision. Here, instinct means listening attentively, absorbing details and acting decisively at the right moment, when small clues give rise to new ideas and solutions. This instinct led to the first mandate in real estate recruiting in 2020, marking the beginning of a consistent specialization.

ZRP emerged from a gap in the market

I learned headhunting the old-fashioned way, with the telephone, persistence and a genuine understanding of the market. After that, I was able to build up entire departments myself and later worked for the big names in the industry. My hope was that one of them would want more than just a quick deal. However, the reality was disappointing. Everywhere the same compromises, the same platitudes, the same mediocrity. At the same time, many candidates reflected to me that they wanted more international mandates and genuine interfaces with global investors. There was a gap in the market right here. That's why Zepmeusel Recruitment Partners was founded. As the first boutique to consistently specialize in connecting the real estate industry in Germany with international decision-makers. With a clear attitude, selective work, international standards and genuine responsibility towards our clients.
