Our process is precise
and clearly structured

Zepmeusel stands for an approach that not only accompanies change, but actively shapes it. Discretion, precision and courage to innovate form the basis for connecting talent and companies in a future-proof manner. Every step follows the ambition to redefine recruitment. Clear, efficient and always one step ahead.

1) Analyse

We examine the market, company and position in detail to understand the needs and initial situation precisely. We do not pass judgment and want our clients to be 100 percent honest. Only if we know the whole truth can we develop the best solution.

2) Direct contact

We search discreetly and specifically for suitable candidates. We also use our own ZRP LinkedIn pages, where we publish selected positions. This activates networks in the region and creates recommendations from the industry. Others can also use LinkedIn, but we have built the infrastructure and reach that makes this method truly effective.

3) Selection

We are currently developing an internal rating system, similar to rating agencies. A candidate with a “Triple A” rating not only brings an ideal resume, but also two verified references. This ensures that qualifications, attitude and reliability become transparently measurable.

4) Support

We manage the process through to successful placement, moderate discussions and ensure clarity on both sides. We ask the right questions, even the uncomfortable ones, so that there are no unpleasant surprises later.

5) Responsibility after the deal

Our work does not end with the signature. In the first few months after the candidate starts, we remain closely available, clarify open contract details, suggest fair models and actively support onboarding. During this time, we arrange follow-up appointments to evaluate the start and track initial experiences in the new environment. We do not regulate many of these services contractually because they are a matter of course for us and are part of a five-star service. Every situation is individual and we adapt accordingly. The only thing that matters is that clients or candidates openly address their concerns – then we will find a solution together that really works.

Headhunting is and remains our core business. However, we know that executive search is not feasible for every company, as it is cost-intensive and requires a certain level of positions and budgets. In order to satisfy other companies as well, we are developing additional solutions such as RadarIQ.

This analysis product assesses the employer attractiveness of real estate companies based on real data and makes visible how companies are actually perceived in the competition for talent.

RadarIQ is a cost-effective addition to classic recruiting and creates a basis for forward-looking personnel planning.
